For example when you want to use multirpocessing in python you get: ImportError: This platform lacks a functioning sem_open implementation, therefore, the required synchronization primitives needed will not function, see issue 3770. This problem occured only in python26-2.6.2_3. >How-To-Repeat: Recompile python26-2.6.2_3 with SEM option.
