Visual symptom with outdated Firefox 63.0.3,1 from poudriere

Partly spun off from
<https://lists.freebsd.org/pipermail/freebsd-current/2018-November/071997.html>;

After finding no sound in Firefox 63.0.3,1 or (deleted port) Waterfox 56.2.5, I
used poudriere to build packages for those two applications – plus
firefox-i18n-63.0.3 – then upgraded/installed using all three packages.

Waterfox is fine but Firefox had no sound.

<https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qvuhlrKikOc>; for example.

Visual symptom
--------------

KDE ▶ Audio Volume (widget) ▶ Applications ▶ Playback Streams

> AudioStream: %2(I18N_ARGUMENT_MISSING)

– a side effect of bug 232355, I guess:

> www/firefox-i18n: language packs don't load

Should we keep this audio issue separate?

Workaround
==========

I regained audio by removing firefox-i18n.
