Update of the QuakeForge (games/quakeforge) port to the new 0.1.1 version and remove CVS hack,
since the QuakeForge project now makes regular snapshots available from their home page.

Several notes: 
1. The port now builds SDL version by default, so maybe it will make sense to remove sdlquake port
since it could be considered as depreciated and unlikely that it will have any future (I heard
rumors that Sam Lantinga, the author of SDL toolkit, made it solely for demonstration of SDL's
abilities).

2. All targets (X11, GLX and SDL) now using SDL library for sound output, since buindled with
QuakeForge OSS support only capable to work with mmap() enabled sound drivers, while current
FreeBSD driver doesn't support it properly yet. This hack could be removed if currently ongoing
efforts to make mmap()'ed sound work will be successful (send your requests to -miltimedia,
it may help ;).
