Seems like it, although if you aren't building packages then it=20
shouldn't matter either way..

It does seem odd that it changed to IGNORE - NO_PACKAGE could be OK to=20
use by itself.

The logic for that doesn't really make sense either.. I CC'd the port=20
maintainer about it.
