What you pasted looks fine. In your OP I noticed that there was nothing in packages/Latest, which I assumed meant that you're not using threaded perl and it just didn't show up because your find command specified perl-\*. But now I'm thinking that packages/Latest/perl is stale. Can you check it? If it is stale, updating it should do the trick.
