I've never worked on an open-souce project before, so I'm not entirely sure how to go about it. I was looking at the to-do list at http://people.FreeBSD.org/~mike/c99/#mailinglist and see a couple things I think I could work on. Do I need to sign up with someone, or just do it and let someone know when I'm done, or what? I'm thinking specifically of the item that says "Add -r and -t options to the at utility.".
