It means that named sent a query to one IP address, and the response came
back from another (or possibly that a reponse came from a name server you
didn't even ask anything of). This is probably the result of the interface
on the remote name server having alias addresses, and the name server
sending the response with a different source address than the one than it
received the query on. 

In any case, it's not your problem.
