After upgrading to the latest set of packages, I get the following output when
I attempt to run vagrant:

        rubygem-httpclient: 2.4.0 -> 2.6.0.1
        rubygem-bundler: 1.7.14 -> 1.10.2
        ruby21-gems: 2.4.6 -> 2.4.7
