This is the same licence as used by ossp-uuid (it's not found in any corpus,
it's rse's custom thing that he calls MIT but is actually most similar to
ISC/0BSD). If I understand
https://docs.freebsd.org/en/books/porters-handbook/makefiles/#licenses these
ports are in violation of policy.
