If you're looking for something rather esoteric, I've got an ancient Logitech handheld scanner that I wouldn't mind seeing a driver for. There's supposed Linux drivers out there (didn't try too hard, but it didn't work for me) and a Win 3.1 driver that doesn't work on Win95 or newer.
