Where in the code? Applications menu appears to be implemented by
x11-wm/xfce4-panel. However, I couldn't find Settings and Accessories there.
Where XFCE sets Adwaita theme? If it doesn't set any theme (relying on gtk3
default) then the meta-port shouldn't directly depend on adwaita-icon-theme.
