 Thinking about it adding "-pthread" is not the correct solution, it's
 better to allow sqlite to link without pthread libraries (using
 weakly-linked replacement functions which are already available by default).
 ale@ has a patch ready to have this, which I tested with full success
 (i.e. the full monotone suite runs without errors).
