If the former, please do not hesitate to file bug reports against GCC using the interface at <http://gcc.gnu.org/bugzilla/>. In general, if you encounter problems with GCC (especially 3.3), please do not hesitate to report them. C++ regressions usually get fixed relatively promptly.
