Those conflicts are not `deadly', they merely indicate that certain drivers might block other drivers should one get probed... Easiest way to determine yer hardware is to unscrew the case and look inside. Unix requires one to be at least more knowledgable yer hardware than the average Windows user... Ye might also want to try the website of yer PC maker. Manuals?
