Recently had a power outage and after coming back up I started having
the issue with screen below.
csh: The terminal database could not be opened.
csh: using dumb terminal settings.
The odd thing is I don't have any issues with xterm or the like, just
screen.
So far I've been setting around this via.
setenv TERM xterm
Any one have any ideas on this?
