I personally very much appreciate an accurate log message.  One should
only have to take the time to go to diffs if you are interested in the
details of the commit.  I find log messages such as "Braino", or
"Grrr", or similar without any other clarification very annoying
because it usually means I have to resort to cvsweb to see what the
change actually was.  This turns the 2 seconds that it would have
taken to read and comprehend the log message into 20 times that long
to find out the same information.  Very annoying indeed.

Please don't encourage useless commit logs.
