The minpassword* capabilities were intentionally removed, so they're probably not coming back. But I guess it doesn't hurt to add them to a list of other things that don't exist, for the sake of PicoBSD if nothing else. I'll take care of that. Regarding PAM, I'm still not sure what part you think is unclear. Could you post a patch of what you're thinking of, perhaps to doc@?
