Add USB support to your kernel
kldload usb
kldload ums
or add it in your kernel config.
Run
usbd
or switch it on in /etc/rc.conf (usbd_enable="YES").
and then use the following entry in X86Config:
Section "InputDevice"
Identifier "Mouse1"
Driver "mouse"
Option "Protocol" "Auto"
Option "Device" "/dev/sysmouse"
Option "ZAxisMapping" "4 5"
EndSection
or something along those lines and that should make it work.
