In your httpd.conf, add a couple of lines:
RefererLog logs/referer_log
AgentLog logs/agent_log
kill -HUP your httpd process and you should have a referer_log and
agent_log in your logs directory. This assumes you have compiled Apache
with the necessary mods defined.
