What you want is the opposite of the "refuse" file, you want an "accept" file. Well, as the man said, write it yourself, or pay the cost :) I would settle for 2*512MB of DDR 333 Memory...as the first sweetener. That would be for the "ground" work, feasibility study etc. Implementation would cost a bit more. Seriously, it will impress all your friends and neighbours here on the list :).
