If you've dl'd an iso called 4.3-install.iso:

#vnconfig vn0c 4.3-install.iso
#mount -t cd9660 /dev/vn0c /mnt/cdrom/

Will give you access to the filesystem contained in 4.3-install.iso.

after,

#umount /mnt/cdrom
#vnconfig -d vn0c
