This still doesnt work:

shadow# make
shadow# make -DOPENSSL_OVERWRITE_BASE install
#
# this ports does not support the dynamic root
# please undefine OPENSSL_OVERWRITE_BASE

Stop in /usr/ports/security/openssl.
