I needed to build a new kernel with the option USER_LDT. Used buildkernel KERNCONF=Generic and installkernel KERNCONF=Generic. The kernel booted fine. Later in the day monitors and the /var/log/messages file repeatedly displayed: Kernel: with interrupt disabled Kernel: trap 9 with interrupts disabled. What to do to resolve this message? Thank you.
