Thank you for the quick reply.

I checked ftp.freebsd.org/FreeBSD.  The snap that I can 
find is 3.0-980311-SNAP.  I think that's too old.  Right?

Are there any other place (freefall.freebsd.org?) to keep
the latest snap?
