Where can I find the 'setup.exe' program? Thank you very much. -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- IMPORTANT NOTE: Though you can do all of the above by hand if you really want to, all of it is much more easily accomplished now by Robert Nordier's "setup.exe" program.
