The aim of this commit is to add more stuff from the vimage branch that evaluates to 0 bytes of binary change when VIMAGE is not enabled. I will have to concentrate on work for a while so I will not be 'monitoring', but I will be reachable. Bjoern, what is the commit plan? julian
