Would you please have the decency to respond to my questions about the utilization of this API and take responsibility for your commit? One has a responsibility to discuss commits one makes. From what I saw on IRC, etc.. you added this in haste in order to bulldoze commit this into the tree fully knowing its controlversalness. You made no attempt I could see to integrate it, nor test how adding it would affect src/contrib, ports, etc... Was this done just score points for slamming a bikeshead into the tree?
