It appeared to support this only if it didn't detect it was installed in a virtual env. It made me think maybe one doesn't need to pack= age it as a venv at all! That'd bring the dependencies down to just the core on= es which strikes me as a possibility. I'm hoping to fiddle with it this weekend and see if that's possible.
