'jkh' pointed me to a particular vendor that carries the PR440FX packaged
w/ dual PPro 166/180MHz 256k w/ or w/out 64MB ECC EDO buffered DIMM(s).
i don't remember if the price wasn't low to near US$299, but here's the

go to the special/clearance section.

other then that, www.pricewatch.com is a good place :)
