The IRQ has to be set every time while booting. i.e. the IRQ hast to be set by FreeBSD AND by NT. So if you want to use the teles card with NT, you have to find a way to set the IRQ while booting NT. This is normally done if you have installed the "Teles Online PowerPack" (I never tried that, I use the card only with FreeBSD).
