actually according to Victor Paccheco (sp) at 3ware, they have tested an
AMD64 compatible driver as of a couple weeks ago for the 9500S series at
least. However it was only tested on freebsd 4.9 and 5.1. Obviously 4.9
has no AMD64 support, but he has said it's 64-bit compliant and shoul drun
fine on freebsd 5.1 on amd64.

I can give you his contact information, he's my point of contact but not
on the development team. He's just passing word back and forth between
myself and the developers.

I can also send you the files he sent me including the driver - however I
believe all that is up on their website now as well.
