Not quite the exact answer you may be looking for, but why don't you flip the tables a bit and run Window$ as the virtual machine on the FreeBSD as a host? >From my experience it actually works much faster, and Window$ doesn't see any penalties at all. I haven't done it in quite some time, but that did work a treat at the time- no reason it should have changed.
