Since you can get the motherboard with the 133 AMD cpu for less than $100
I'd just get a new motherboard and forget the cpu upgrade! I've been using
the AMD 586/133 in a number of systems and have found the motherboard based
on the UMC chipset to be reliable, whereas the boards based on the ALI
chipset seem to have lots of problems.
