Which doesn't (quite) do all the right stuff, specifically, it does 
*not* change the /usr/bin/perl5 to be a symlink to the appropriate 
place.

Also, see ports/65554 for a small patch to bsd.port.mk which correctly 
registers perl dependencies on -stable if you're using lang/perl5 or 
lang/perl5.8
