Have you checked out any of the ServerWorks LE/SE II/III based boards? Off hand the only company I can think of that makes a board with these chipsets is AMI. If you're looking for a complete system I'd take a hard look at the Dell 2450 rackmount boxes. We've got a couple of these systems (which are based on the LE II chipset) and overall are very pleased with them. Good luck!
