Stacey" Sender: owner-freebsd-jobs@FreeBSD.ORG Precedence: bulk X-Loop: FreeBSD.org Ref. the recent job add from eGroups Inc. ... I do not trust eGroups Inc., (but know nothing of Dru Nelson). E Groups growth was assisted in small part by their automatic infrastrucure that facilitated a 3rd party suddenly pirating a 100+ mail list I ran. E Groups subsequently refused to disclose the date their list suddenly jumped from ~30/40 to ~130/140. Their refusal stands unless I get a court order ... rather difficult from Germany for a USA firm. eGroups Inc. sell their web advertising space (as I understand their business), If eGroups Inc. use free job advertising on freebsd-jobs@FreeBSD.ORG, it's worth their realising this list is bi-directional, & some potential employees may prefer not to work for firms with poor ethics.
