I had no /usr/doc directory, so I used /stand/sysinstall to add the doc
distribution. But that wound up in /usr/share/doc. Issuing make
FORMATS=html in that directory gives "make: no target to make".

Am I in the right area? I would be nice to get that file created.

However, I've found many symbolic links in that directory. Such as:

lrwxrwxrwx  1 root  www       16 Feb  7 18:49 mirrors-ca.html ->
handbook340.html
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root  www       16 Feb  7 18:49 mirrors-ar.html ->
handbook340.html
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root  www       16 Feb  7 18:49 mirrors-au.html ->
handbook340.html
lrwxrwxrwx  1 root  www       16 Feb  7 18:49 mirrors-afs.html ->
handbook343.html

This looks more like what I need. Thanks.
