Anyone know of 802.11 hardware that would support overiding the ethernet CRC check and passing frames up to the kernel? It seems that typically this is done in the hardware before the driver even gets a look, is this correct? I'm trying to collect information on bit errors on 802.11 networks, and would like to get access to the raw packets.
