Probably not.  Your "180MHz" processor is probably 157MHz.

Your soldering iron.

By your numbers it should be running slow.  The 90MHz Microns aren't
fantastic machines, I'm running a 100MHz one that isn't too wonderful.  It
may have trouble running on that box.
