First, take a look at the handbook, which you can browse at 
http://www.freebsd.org. It will probably be of great help.

Second, the boot.flp is not meant to be copied onto a floppy, but is a 
complete floppy image. Use fdimage or rawrite (from the /tools) directory 
to put it on a floppy.

As for your hard disk, you'll have to repartition. The fips utility that 
comes with FreeBSD can do this for you (assuming that your Win95 
installation uses FAT and not FAT32), or you may purchase the excellent 
(IMHO) commercial utility called PartitionMagic 
(http://www.partition.com).

You are strongly advised to read the installation docs on the CD, web 
etc. They *will* answer most, if not all, of your questions.
