I'm trying to install FreeBSD 2.2.2 on my computer with an IDE-disk-controller. The kernel seems to recognize all drives (the floppy and the CD-ROM too) and there are no other problems with IRQs, DRQs an so on. But when I boot the installation kernel, the following is displayed: ... changing root device to fd0c panic: double fault syncing disks... This is all, and then my computer hangs. Do you have an idea, how I could solve this problem? Thank You!
