I did tell you that I was working on the Intel GigE driver, and that I _DO_ have the documentation, but never heard back from you. I currently get roughly 300Mb/sec with my driver, and that's with the untuned version. I'm still waiting on Intel to get back to me about releasing the driver, but I don't really anticipate any problems, since the version that they have released is also under the BSD license.
