I would like to know how many NICs can FreeBSD support (theoretical and realistically) with IPX and IP routing.  My boss is a very big FreeBSD user but since I am the network guy it falls on me to find this out.  (He didn't know).  Also, what type of hardware is required to use FreeBSD with routing (PCI or can we get by with ISA).
