I think you're out of luck, have a look at
http://www.freebsd.org/platforms/sparc.html for the supported hardware with
sparc64. You might have better luck trying NetBSD on it? I have a
SparcStation 20 running NetBSD 2.0 quite successfully as it wasn't able to
use FreeBSD unfortunately.
