You are probably building with inconsistent header files. I have had similar failures on every upgrade. With one exception I fixed the problem by running 'pkgdb -Ff' again and using pkg_delete to delete the older port for ports with multiple versions installed. Don't use pkgdb delete them! Then re-build the current port. portupgrade(1) should prevent multiple installs, so I don't understand why it is happening. I can only say that it is. -- R.
