Lemme generate .5 and have you try again :-) I'm assuming that in the .4 patch, you did set hw.pci.ignore_pcibios=1, right? OK. .5 is in place and ignores the BIOS better, I think, by not trying to route when ignore_pcibios == 1. I've also made it so that pc98 defaults to not using pcibios, per mail in their lists about how bad it seems to be for them.
