If I want to reformat the HD again. Sorry bud, but things move on. Ports isn't your only option for installing apps - you can always do it by hand. The ports team doesn't really have the time to maintain support for 3.x, especially since most don't even have access to a 3.x machine. People, please, this issue has been regurgitated a gazillion times. There simply isn't any merit to retaining support for 3.x anymore. It's butt-ugly, butt-old, and simply a waste of time to support. IMO, the only machines that should be running 3.x at this point are servers that have been doing so for quite some time. --=20 wca --PjJPTMFqUKxQUast Content-Type: application/pgp-signature Content-Disposition: inline -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.0.3 (FreeBSD) Comment: For info see http://www.gnupg.org iD8DBQE6myxQF47idPgWcsURAu7WAJ9r2O5D0CTB5jE8Vp6M0TX7ksiDQwCeMWOm CXr5M/5Zx2qE5vV6muwlVpc= =Hdg6 -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- --PjJPTMFqUKxQUast-- To Unsubscribe: send mail to majordomo@FreeBSD.org with "unsubscribe freebsd-ports" in the body of the message
