Paz, As you say gtk 2-2.2 is out of date and has been superseded which is why you can't download it because it is not in the ports. According to: http://www.freebsd.org/cgi/ports.cgi?query=pips&stype=all&sektion=all Pips in now pips-sc60s-2.5.2_1 which requires gtk-1.2.10_13. Are your ports up to date? try doing a CVSup. Rob
