    Update dirdeps.mk
    
    Latest dirdeps.mk is far more efficient when generating
    DIRDEPS_CACHE.
    
    Update dirdeps-options.mk to allow DEP_RELDIR to factor
    into option processing. This is not very interesting if all
    options are global.
