A patch to reverse symbol lookup bias.

If RTLD finds a weak symbol in both its own object and another library, it =
will
give its own symbol preference. This can cause problems with the weak pthre=
ad
stubs defined in libc being used over those in libthr.

I'm not sure if this is expected behavior, but it makes more sense to me to
reverse this bias.
